Curry leaves dosa with peanut chutney
Ingredients:a cup full of fresh curry leaves ,dosa batter. Method: Wash the curry leaves,grind it with little water in a mixie to make a paste.Dont add too much of water.It should be like a thick paste.Mix it with dosa batter and adjust the consistency according to your normal dosa batter.Now our batter is ready.Make dosas as usual.serve with peanut chutney or coconut chutney. We usually won't take curry leaves used in our cooking.most of us keep away them while eating.Curry leaves has many health benefits.It is very rich in calcium,prevents premature greying of hair,good for our skin, prevents hair loss.so make this dosa weekly once.Tastes good.kids like it.Pour a spoon of ghee over it for kids.
