Drumstick leaves soup.....easy and healthy
Ingredients:. 2 cups of washed drumstick leaves, small onions_ 20, garlic_20 cloves, tiny piece of ginger, one spoon of jeeragam,one spoon of pepper horns,pinch of turmeric powder, required salt,a spoon of gingelly oil,6 tomatoes.,20curry leaves.
Method: in a mixie jar,put onions,garlic,ginger,curry leaves, jeeragam,pepper and give a pulse.tranfer them to pressure cooker.also add drumstick leaves, chopped tomatoes,salt, turmeric, gingelly oil in pressure cooker.add 4_5 glasses of water.close the lid and pressure cook for 3whistles.open the lid,cool it.mash it with the masher.hands will be more easy to mash.then filter it.just heat the soup,add coriander leaves, pepper powder and serve hot.
