Ginger chutney

Ingredients:. Small onions_1cup, grated ginger_one tablespoon, red chillies_2,curry leaves_15 leaves, tamarind_tiny bit, jaggery_one teaspoon., tomatoes_2medium sized.
mustard,hing, curry leaves for seasoning.

Method: heat a pan with a spoon of gingelly oil.add onions,ginger,red chillies, tamarind,. Saute it for 7 to 8minutes.add tomatoes,curry leaves.saute it until tomatoes becomes mushy.switch off the stove.add  a teaspoon of jaggery.cool it.grind it in mixie.transfer it to the serving bowl and season it with gingelly oil,hing, mustard, curry leaves.
