Hibiscus dosa...........easy and healthy .
Ingredients:. Hibiscus flower_10, dosa batter.
Method: separate the red petals of the hibiscus flowers.wash it.grind it in a mixie to make a paste .add little water if needed.Now mix the hibiscus paste in dosa batter.make dosas.serve with coconut or groundnut chutney.
