Millet bisibelebath .....little millet(saamai arisi)

Ingredients:. Little millet rice_1cup ,toor dhal_1/4cup, small onions_15, tomatoes_3 medium sized, green chillies_2, veggies (carrot,green peas,beans,).... altogether one cup,sambar powder_1teaspoon,turmeric_ 1/2 teaspoon, required salt, cooking oil_1tablespoon, ghee_one spoon.
Seasoning: mustard,hing, fenugreek (10seeds).soak rice and dhal together for one hour.

Method:  heat the pressure cooker with a spoon of cooking oil,add mustard,hing, fenugreek.when it pops up,add onions(sliced or full),splinted green chillies.saute it for 5 minutes.Now add small chopped pieces of tomatoes and saute it until it turns little bit mushy add the veggies..now add turmeric, sambar powder, required salt.Now add required water(I have used one cup of rice and 1/4 cup of dhal.so I added 4 cups of water).now we have to check the salt and adjust it.when the water begins to boil,add the soaked rice and dhal.give a stir.close the pressure cooker ,put the weight, pressure cook for 5 whistles.open after the pressure released.Now add chopped coriander leaves,a spoon of ghee.mix it and serve.
