vallaarai keerai dosa

Ingredients:.  Vallaarai keerai washed and finely chopped _1cup, finely chopped big onion- 1cup, jeeragam _1spoon, dosa batter.


Method:  heat the pan with cooking oil (1spoon) ,add jeeragam.add onion and saute it for 3 minutes.then add chopped keerai.saute it for 5 to 7 minutes in a low flame.cool it.mix it with dosa batter.mix it.make dosas.serve with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
Vallaarai keerai is so good for kids.even kids enjoy this dosa.try it.
