Please take two glasses of water after your wake up.Just brush your teeth or rinse it.Then take two glasses of water .Don't take cool water.Just have water at our room temperature or lukewarm water.Dont take it too hot too.No need to take a bottle full of water.Two glasses are more than enough.Just start with one glass and gradually make it two glasses.It has plenty of health benefits.
