Mysore masala dosai

Ingredients:.   Dosa batter.
Masala:3_4 medium sized potatoes....cooked and mashed., 2 medium sized big onion-, finely chopped ginger_1/4 teaspoon,chopped green chillies_3,pinch of turmeric powder, mustard,urud dhal, kadalaparuppu _for seasoning.
Red chutney for spreading: small onions_10,big onion_1 small size, garlic_10 cloves,a bit of tamarind,red chillies_5.use 2 Kashmiri chillies for the 
colour.Gingelly oil _1spoon to fry.
Method: masala.......heat the pan with a spoon of cooking oil,add mustard, urud dhal, kadalai paruppu.when it pops up,add onions,ginger, green chillies.saute it for 5 minutes.Add required salt, turmeric.saute it and add mashed potatoes.mix well.switch off the stove after 2 minutes.our masala is ready.

Red chutney: heat the pan with a spoon of gingelly oil.Add small onions,big onion-,garlic.saute it for 5 minutes.Add tamarind,red chillies.saute for 2 minutes.add curry leaves (4 to 5 leaves) and switch off the stove.if u wish add a pinch of jaggery.grind it.our chutney is ready.

Make thin,crispy sodas.spread the chutney over the dosa and stuff the potato masala in the middle of the dosa.u can fold the dosa as you like.serve it.
