Garlic has so many medicinal benefits.We all are using it in our daily cooking.But if we take it daily or alternative days like this it gives many health benefits.Just peel the skin of garlic cloves.5 to 6 individual cloves of a garlic pod is enough.In a seasoning pan,just saute the garlic cloves without oil for 3 to 4 minutes until the raw smell goes off.Eat it.we can have it at anytime in a day.No need of empty stomach.Very useful for hypertension.It has antiviral properties too.Try it.Encourage the kids too.
